Jacques Bermon Webster II (born April 30 1991) is better known under his stage name Travis Scott (formerly stylized as Travi$ Scott) is a popular American rapper, singer and songwriter as well as record producer. His stage name is a mixture of the name of his favourite uncle and the stage name of Kid Cudi (whose real names are Scott Mescudi and Scott Mescudi) This is his first major-label deal with Epic Records. Scott also signed a contract to publish with Kanye West's GOOD Music. In April 2013 the singer-songwriter signed a joint-recording contract with Epic and T.I. The's Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's debut long-form project, Owl Pharaoh, was self-released in 2013. In 2013 Scott released his first full-length mixtape called Owl Pharaoh. It was then immediately followed by Days Before Rodeo. Rodeo (2015) was the release of his debut studio album. The hit song, "Antidote", was featured on it. The album that followed, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was a top one on the Billboard 200. Scott followed that year with an album with a name of Huncho Jack Huncho that was released under the title Huncho Jack. His third studio album Astroworld was received acclaim by critics. The album also produced his first Billboard Hot 100 number 1 single, "Sicko Mode" featuring Drake. Scott's Cactus Jack Records album JackBoys debuted on the Billboard 200 in late 2019. After the single "Franchise" featuring Scott (featuring Young Thug) and M.I.A. were released, it was a top hit on the Billboard 200. Scott was the first rapper to make it to the top spot on the Hot 100 with three songs within a mere one year.
